Willow Kinesiology offers gentle, intuitive kinesiology sessions for emotional stress, energetic balance and deeper self-understanding.

Bec works with the body’s wisdom to help uncover what may be sitting beneath the surface, creating space for insight, emotional release and meaningful inner shifts.

Sessions are calm, respectful and led by your body’s pace. You do not need to have the words for everything. You simply need a willingness to listen inward and allow space for change.

In-person sessions are available in Langwarrin, with online sessions also available.

About Bec

My journey into kinesiology began in 2018 when I enrolled in Touch for Health. What started as curiosity quickly became something much deeper.

I was drawn to the way kinesiology listens to the body with care. It offered a way to explore emotions, stress and old patterns without force, pressure or needing to relive every detail.

I completed my Diploma of Kinesiology in 2019 and later trained in Emotional & Metaphysical Kinesiology. This is the heart of how I work: gently following what the body is ready to show, release and rebalance.

Alongside kinesiology, I am a Reiki Master, hold a Diploma of Auslan, and have studied meditation and Kabbalah for over 16 years. These practices continue to shape the way I hold space: grounded, intuitive, inclusive and respectful.

Willow Kinesiology is here for people who are ready to reconnect with themselves, soften what they have been carrying, and move forward in a way that feels more aligned.

What to Expect

A session is a quiet, supportive space where we use muscle monitoring to communicate with the body.

Your body guides the process. It may bring forward emotions, beliefs, memories, energetic imbalances, remedies, chakras, meridians, crystals, sound, colour or other supports.

The aim is not to analyse or fix you. The aim is to listen, release what is ready, and support your nervous system and energy to return to greater balance.

Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, clearer or more connected to themselves.
